Do you have a business meeting, or do you just want to get away from it all with your colleagues? Then BY AMI is the place to go for a delightful shared dining experience. Over the course of three courses, you’ll get to sample a variety of dishes from our menu!

Food
The meal is served in several courses, concluding with dessert.
- Bread with Spreads: Flatbread with truffle aioli, hummus with olive oil and toasted almonds.
- Black Angus Carpaccio: Paper-thin slices of tenderloin. Served with arugula, pine nuts, Parmesan cheese, and truffle mayonnaise.
- Quinoa Sushi Rolls with a filling of dragon fruit, black sesame seeds, cucumber, carrot, alfalfa, and wasabi mayonnaise
- Salmon Sashimi with ginger, garlic, shallots, ponzu, soy sauce, and chives.
- Shrimp sautéed in garlic and fresh herbs. Served with bread. - Sliders (2 pieces)
- Mini Black Angus burgers with truffle mayonnaise, Parmesan cheese, and sautéed mushrooms.
- French fries with mayonnaise
- Crispy Korean-Style Chicken Popcorn with Kimchi and Sriracha Mayonnaise.

Food
Shared lunch de luxe package presented on a platter including 2 drinks p.p. The first round is a fresh squeezed orange juice. The second round is your choice of coffee/cappuccino, tea (fresh ginger-lemon/mint) or a soft drink.

Two slices of bread with a shrimp croquette with truffle mayonnaise, smoked salmon with smashed avocado, creamy pumpkin soup, fresh salad and fries with truffle mayonnaise.
BY AMI Complete Vegan
