- Bread with Spreads
Flatbread with truffle aioli, hummus with olive oil and toasted almonds.
- Black Angus Carpaccio
Flinter-thinlysliced tenderloin. Served with arugula, pine nuts, parmesan cheese
and truffle mayonnaise.
- Prawns
Fried in garlic and fresh herbs. Served with bread.
- Eggplant Rolls
Eggplant slices rolled with a spread of vegan feta cheese, pistachio and maple syrup.
- Salmon Sashimi
With ginger, garlic, shallot, ponzu, soy sauce and chives.
- Sliders (2 pieces)
Mini Black Angus burgers with truffle mayonnaise, parmesan cheese and sautéed mushrooms.
- Edamame
Misoponzu and sea salt.
