Reservations can be made via the reserve button on our website, we do not take telephone reservations
Use the link in your confirmation email to modify a desired reservation and change the date or time. You will receive this email automatically after making a reservation, provided you entered a valid E-mail address, of course. So pay attention to that!
Use the link in your confirmation email to cancel or cancel a desired reservation. You can cancel up to 24 hours in advance. If you get an error message, you are trying to cancel too short in advance. In that case: please call!
When you book online, you can see exactly which date and times are still available. Our reservation system matches the number of available seats. If you cannot click on the desired date or time, it means that there is no table available at that time.
If you have entered the date, a time slot and the number of people but you cannot choose from our "services" (a la carte, high tea, high cocktail or high gin, theater menu, etc.) then there is no available table for your group. Please reduce the number of people or choose another day.
Special reservations for the terrace are not possible. However, you can indicate your preference in the comments of your reservation. We will do our best to meet your wishes.
You can make a reservation with us for tomorrow but also for 6 months from now. Up to 180 days in advance. At least one hour in advance.
We do not allow you to pre-order menus and link that to a reservation.
Online you can book up to 12 people. Is your party larger. Please contact us via the contact form. For groups larger than 12 persons, we offer a lunch arrangement for lunch and a 3-course menu for dinner.
In Rotterdam, no, sorry, we cannot comfortably accommodate groups of more than 24 people and provide good service. In The Hague this is possible, but please inform in advance via e-mail to see if it fits. For business we can offer you a lunch arrangement or a 3-course dinner.
Something can always come up in between, we understand that. You can cancel a business reservation free of charge up to 48 hours in advance. If not, we will have to invoice incurred costs.
No, we are a PIN only restaurant. That prevents robberies and an accompanying trauma to our staff.

Yes you can. Payment by invoice is only possible if you have made a business request in advance. We charge a €12.50 invoice fee.
We require a deposit at the time of booking to avoid no-shows and protect our revenue.

We only cater for baby shows at By Ami The Hague. By Ami Rotterdam does not cater for baby shows anymore.
If you have a performance at the New Luxor Theater and would like to have a bite to eat before your performance, book the theater package. This consists of a 3-course menu with the choice of fish, meat and veg(n) dishes. The price for this is €44.95.
On average, you will spend about 1.5 hours on a 3-course meal with us. Please keep this in mind when booking. From By Ami Rotterdam it is a 1-minute walk to the New Luxor theater.
We do not offer a separate space or room. Business reservations of 16 people or more can be offered exclusively the upper floor at our Rotterdam location, subject to availability.
