The bites that we serve with it include fish, meat and vegetarian such as, carpaccio rolls with truffle mayonnaise, nachos with avocado dip, mini Black Angus burger with truffle mayonnaise, toasted almonds, truffle aioli, kalamata olives, Holtkamp croquettes, crunchy chicken, breaded shrimp, calamari, various sauces and fresh bread.
